We do have a return policy, if for ANY reason you are unable to care for or keep your dog, it is to be returned to us!
Limited Registration: $1,000
All of our litters will be AKC registered, limited registration does allow for the dog to be registered and entered into limited AKC events such as dock diving, lure coursing, Rally Etc. However; our limited registration dogs are sold with NO breeding rights. This means a spay/neuter contract will be signed and proof of spay/neuter must be provided by the 2 years of age.
Full Registration: $1,500
Full AKC must be approved first and we do not offer it to just anyone. Full AKC does allow breeding rights but there will still be contractual stipulations that need to followed for the well being of the dog.
Price Of Puppy Includes:
Dewormings at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks old. Age appropriate vaccines and a health check done by a licensed veterinarian. A 72 hour Health Guarantee and a 2 year Genetic Guarantee ( further information on health and genetic guarantees can be found in the contracts) . Your puppy will be microchipped. Come with a Puppy pack including a small bag of food puppy has been eating (4-6lbs dependent on what is available) Transitional blanket with mom and litter mates scent. first month of flea/tick treatment and parasite preventative (heart guard) Various toys and treats, a folder containing new puppy parent tips, birth certificate, AKC litter certificate, AKC registration paperwork, Microchipping transfer form, Vet documentation and contract. Discounted boarding and lifetime breeder support.

General Information
Please Read Prior to Applying:
Over the years we have learned a lot, I will be the first to admit we did not go into this knowing what we do now but I wish we had. For this reason we now take every precaution we can to assure that we are placing great tempered, genetically sound, well rounded puppies into their fur-ever homes. We will back our puppies up 100% and if ever a situation were to arise that needs to be addressed I will be the first to provide ones options. Parents are our loved family members and their health and well being will always be first and foremost before any litter is taken into consideration. More often than not both parents will be on site and available to be seen as it is not often that we outsource stud services.
To purchase one of our puppies you must first be approved, so an application must be filled out. please see link above or click Puppy Applications to apply. If approved we will then place you on the waiting list of your choice. Once pairing takes place you will be informed of when puppies should be due. When puppies arrive I will inform waiting list the day of, however; I will not accept any deposits on puppies until they are at least a week of age to assure that they are growing strong and healthy as they should. Once puppies reach one week of age I will then start taking a $300 Non refundable retainers fee to hold puppy of your choice. A receipt of deposit will then require a signature and the $300 does come off of the total amount owed.
We would love for you to provide us with the name you have chosen for you pup that way we can start adjusting them to it for you! We will also send weekly photos or videos of your pup as it grows. However; for their safety we do not allow anyone to visit until at least 6 weeks of age. The puppies do have very weak immune systems and we want nothing but to be as safe as possible for them. Puppies will have exposure to many different elements, sounds, animals, crates, kids etc. We try our best to get them as prepared for their new homes as possible. Pups do stay with us until at least 9 weeks old but we do reserve the right to hold the puppy back longer if we feel developmentally it would be best.
Please Also take the chance to read through our purchase contract carefully ( see links above ) as these are required to be signed before a puppy ever leaves the premises. If you have any questions, comments or concerns in regards to this contract, please reach out as I am more than willing to discuss this with you. Also please note that we will work with you on a payment plan if needed however; puppies are to be paid in full before ever leaving, NO exceptions.
We reserve the right to refuse or back out of the sale of a puppy to anyone for any reason, with or without disclosure of that reasoning, as we see fit.
