RHEA

       Miss Rhea came to us all the way from Kentucky. The breeder seemed legitimate. 7 long hours later, the breeder would not allow the parents to be seen, rhea was 14 weeks at the time and quite small for her age. Come to find out she was not as well taken care of as we had thought. The next 7 hours home she was very lethargic. She finally makes it home and the vets discover that she has hookworms and is quite underweight. lots of spoiling later rhea is not alpha of our pack!

       Rhea is one of the sweetest girls you will meet she loves EVERYONE. We joke and say that sometimes shes the reason the puppies sold, not us. She will lay with you while you rub her belly all day long if you let her. She is an amazing mama and loves being one. She will be retiring this year so it will be interesting to see how she reacts to not having her own pups any longer. her retirement is well deserved though and were hoping she will adjust to just becoming a spoiled couch dog. Although were not so sure of that because she is still alpha so she still has to keep that watchful eye over her pack.
